APR Spread Calculator Review

APR Spread Calculator 1.0.01 (Shareware, $19.95)

Based on Wheatworks experience developing financial calculators for corporate clients, APR Spread Calculator uses the Actuarial Method of calculating Annual Percentage Rates for mortgage loans as explained in Appendix J of 12 CFR Ch. II, Pt. 226, the portion of the United States Code of Federal Regulations known as Regulation Z. In addition to the basic APR calculation, APR Spread Calculator also provides a spreadsheet-like grid of APRs by loan amounts and fixed fee amounts. The loan amount and fixed fee amount axes are spread incrementally based upon user-modifiable ranges. Wheatworks Softwares APR Spread Calculator is a financial calculator designed for Win9x/ME/NT/2000/XP systems. It offers integrated help, provides automatic hints, accomodates all Regional Settings, is large and small font compliant, offers Wheatworks Software's new, integrated Upgrade Center for easy, free, online updates, and includes a user-friendly registration system.
